1.General Information and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bdvip platform ("Platform") and all related services. By accessing the bdvip.cam website or creating an account, you are automatically considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

bdvip is an online entertainment platform that provides casino games, sports betting and related services for users in Bangladesh. Using this platform means you fully agree to the following terms and conditions.

bdvip reserves the right to amend, change or update these terms at any time. Updated terms take effect as soon as they are published on the website. Continued use of the platform indicates that you have accepted the updated terms.

2.Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Eligibility

To open an account on the bdvip platform and use any service, you must be at least 21 years old. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. Providing false age information at registration will result in permanent account closure and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name, on the same device, or from the same IP address is strictly prohibited. If this policy is violated, all associated accounts will be closed.

2.3 Information Provided at Registration

At the time of account registration, you must provide accurate and truthful information, including:

• Full name (as stated on your national identity card)
• Valid email address
• Correct date of birth
• Current address
• Active mobile number

Providing false or misleading information will result in account closure and all transactions will be suspended.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

bdvip may request completion of a Know Your Customer (KYC) process at any time. This process may require submission of a copy of your national identity card, passport or driving licence, along with proof of address. Withdrawal requests may be held until verification is complete.

3.Account Security and Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all activity on your account. It is your responsibility to keep your login details (username and password) confidential and not share them with any third party.

If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. bdvip is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access unless that loss is directly caused by a fault in our system.

Allowing someone else to use your account, selling it, or transferring it is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.

4.Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on the bdvip platform:

Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).

Only deposits made from a payment method registered in your name are permitted. Deposits from third-party accounts are not allowed and may result in the transaction being cancelled.

4.2 Withdrawals

Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, if identity verification or a security check is required, it may take longer.

Conditions for withdrawal:

• The account must be fully verified
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met
• Withdrawals will only be sent via the same method used for the deposit

4.3 Currency and Transaction Fees

All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). bdvip does not charge any transaction fees itself, however any charges imposed by your payment provider are your responsibility.

5.Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bdvip offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms and wagering requirements.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members have the opportunity to receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. This bonus has a 15x wagering requirement, meaning you must wager 15 times the bonus amount before becoming eligible to withdraw.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A player may use only one bonus offer at any given time
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred or exchanged
• If wagering requirements are not met within the specified time limit, the bonus may be cancelled
• Any attempt to abuse a bonus offer will result in account closure
• bdvip reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time

5.3 VIP Program

The bdvip VIP program has four tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.9%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%

It is possible to advance to higher VIP tiers through regular and active participation. Cashback is credited to the account automatically.

6.Game Rules and Fair Play

All games on the bdvip platform operate with SSL encryption and follow a Fair Play policy. The outcome of each game is determined by an impartial Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.1 Game Integrity

The use of any form of cheating, software assistance or automation during play is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a technical interruption or disconnection occurs during a game, bdvip will attempt to restore the game state. However, if restoration is not possible for any reason, the wagered amount will be refunded. bdvip reserves the right to void incorrect results displayed due to a technical error.

6.3 Bet Cancellation

Once a bet has been finalised, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, bdvip reserves the right to cancel bets in the following circumstances:

• Technical error or system failure
• Incorrect display of information
• Obvious human error (such as incorrect odds being published)

7.Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdvip platform:

7.1 Money Laundering and Fraud

• Any form of money laundering activity
• Use of stolen or unauthorised payment methods
• Submission of forged or altered documents
• Operating an account using another person's identity

7.2 Bonus Abuse

• Arbitrage betting designed to meet bonus terms
• Using multiple accounts to obtain bonuses
• Taking undue advantage of bonus benefits

7.3 Technical Abuse

• Use of bots, scripts or automated software
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the system
• Using a VPN or proxy to access from a restricted location
• Attempting to modify game software or exploit vulnerabilities

8.Account Closure and Suspension

bdvip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Failure to complete identity verification
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)
• Account closure at the user's own request

Users may also contact our support team at any time to request account closure. Subject to applicable terms being met, the balance will be returned upon account closure.

9.Responsible Gaming Policy

bdvip is committed to responsible gaming. We believe that gambling is a form of entertainment — it should never be considered a source of income.
